​The success of the program depends on client commitment and understanding of both the exercises and their intended purpose.

To achieve the best results, active participation in the exercises at least 2–3 times per week (or more) is strongly recommended.

If you anticipate difficulty maintaining this level of consistency, please consider upgrading to the program option that includes an additional weekly session for extra support and accountability.

The fee listed is the total cost for the program and applies to sessions held via Zoom, at my home studio, or within 10 miles of Zimmerman, MN.

Alternate locations may be arranged and could be subject to an additional travel fee.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your program.

Each program is tailored to you based on assessment results and designed to meet your body where it currently is. Improvement and pain relief may be noticed in just a few weeks, but for some, progress may take longer depending on the body and level of commitment.

All programs are designed to be completed within 6 weeks. To ensure progress and positive results, all program purchases will expire 7 weeks after the date of the first session.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to continue the program, the dollar value of any unused sessions may be transferred - upon request - to another workshop, class, or service, as long as sessions remain.
