Attendance at the Foot Foundations workshop is highly encouraged for everyone who wishes to get the most benefit from any of the other foot workshops.

All other foot workshops will reference core concepts and exercises introduced in the Foot Foundations session, helping you build a strong base for better understanding and lasting results.

A Functional Approach to Plantar Fasciitis

Have you been struggling with heel pain that comes and goes - sometimes for a year or more - with no lasting relief? Many people with plantar fasciitis receive the same standard advice of rest, orthotics therapy or surgery - often without a full understanding of what’s causing the pain or how to optimally address it.

This session offers a whole-body, movement-based approach that empowers you to reclaim your foundation - so you can walk, move, and live with confidence again.
​You will have the opportunity to actively participate in all of the workshops in socks or (preferably) bare feet.
