Move Well: Tai Chi
Discover the calming, restorative practice of Tai Chi through gentle, flowing movements that support healing, balance, and mindfulness. This 4-week session is designed for all levels and offers a welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

Move Well: Walkwise
Join our WalkWise group for a refreshing mix of movement, learning, and community. Each session includes two 10‑minute walking bouts that gradually increase in length or number as the weeks progress. The remaining time features simple tips to help you walk more comfortably and effectively, along with light brain‑boosting activities to add variety and camaraderie. WalkWise is an easy, enjoyable way to move, learn, and build confidence in your walking routine.

Move Well: Stride and Unwind

Unwind after the workday with a relaxed, social walking group designed to boost movement, ease stress, and build community. Each session starts with three 10‑minute walking intervals, progressing over the month to support confidence and consistency. We’ll also include brief “Walk Better” tips to improve comfort and form, along with quick Mind Moves to keep your brain sharp in a fun, low‑pressure way. Meet in the Event Center lobby and enjoy a refreshing reset to end your day.

In today’s fast-paced world, Tai Chi invites us to slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect with our bodies. Combined with restorative corrective exercises, this class offers a holistic path to better balance, stability, and overall well-being.
Move Well takes a whole-body approach where you'll learn to strengthen, align, and awaken your body from the ground up - helping you feel steadier and more confident in daily life.
