Move Well: Improve Balance with Tai Chi & Restorative Exercise Class
In today’s fast-paced world, Tai Chi invites us to slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect with our bodies. Combined with restorative corrective exercises, this class offers a holistic path to better balance, stability, and overall well-being.
Move Well takes a whole-body approach where you'll learn to strengthen, align, and awaken your body from the ground up - helping you feel steadier and more confident in daily life.

Each class session includes:
-
Gentle Tai Chi movements
-
Educational insights into how our bodies maintain balance
-
Targeted exercises to improve stability and coordination
-
Brain games to boost cognitive function

Join us this winter to move well, feel grounded, and build lasting balance from the inside out!
