Tai Chi Walking - August
Tai Chi Walking blends mindful walking patterns with gentle Tai Chi-inspired movement to encourage balance, coordination, posture, and body awareness.
Led by a certified Tai Chi instructor, this welcoming class introduces flowing movements, intentional stepping, breathing techniques, and simple Tai Chi forms in an approachable format designed for a variety of abilities and experience levels.
Participants will explore relaxed, purposeful movement while building confidence moving through space in a calm and supportive environment.
Classes may be held indoors or outdoors depending on weather conditions.

This fall, our Move Well program is growing into a simple, easy‑to‑navigate pathway where each level builds on the last. Whether participants are just beginning or looking to deepen their skills, there’s a class designed to support confident, mindful movement. The pathway also offers flexibility - repeat levels as needed and move up when the time feels right.
Move Well: Improving Balance with Tai Chi and Restorative Exercise
Move Well: Balance Basics (Level 1)
A gentle introduction to foundational balance and movement skills.

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to strengthen stability from the ground up.

Move Well: Tai Chi (Level 1)
Learn the fundamental Tai Chi forms used throughout the Move Well series.
Slow, mindful movement helps improve focus, coordination, and whole‑body connection.

Prerequisite: Balance Basics
A deeper dive into balance training, adding targeted exercises and more refined movement skills.
