Minimum of 5 participants signed up by Wednesday at 8pm for class to be held.  Email will be sent Wednesday evening to confirm or cancel classes based on sign-ups.

Experience stress reduction through restorative breathing, and increase flexibility, strength, balance and range of motion while moving the whole body through a complete series of seated, standing and lying poses. Must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.

Energize yourself with this class designed especially for participants who want to remain functional, active and mentally sharp. This class combines rhythmic movements, strength, stretching, and brain challenges to improve our balance, brain and muscles. Please bring a set of light hand weights to class.
