Experience stress reduction through restorative breathing, and increase flexibility, strength, balance and range of motion while moving the whole body through a complete series of seated, standing and lying poses. Must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.

Perform choreographed movements to music from all genres! Increase flexibility, coordination, brain function, spinal health, cognitive ability/memory, and overall health and well-being. This class combines fun and movement together to create an enjoyable experience that flies by!
